Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Wire Feed Laser Welder with hands-on experience using Boco Weld machines to join our team in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will also have solid knowledge and practical experience in TIG and MIG welding across multiple materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
This role involves precision welding of industrial components to meet stringent quality, durability, and safety standards. Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of professional welding experience, with at least 2 years in wire feed laser welding (preferably using Boco Weld machines).
  • Strong knowledge and proven ability in TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and alloys.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
  • Knowledge of welding codes, safety practices, and industry standards.
  • Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain Boco Weld wire feed laser welding machines to achieve high-quality, consistent welds.
  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on a range of metals including stainless steel (SS), aluminum, mild steel, and other alloys.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications accurately.
  • Conduct machine set-up, calibration, and adjustments to optimize weld quality.
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with required mechanical strength, appearance, and safety standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality inspectors to improve welding processes and productivity.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
