Responsibilities

You will join a team a highly skilled legal professionals who are experts in their fields. You will quickly have direct involvement in a variety of legal cases under the guidance of senior team members. Your tasks will include :

  • Advise clients on technology, artificial intelligence (AI), media and telecommunications law on matters related to software, digital business, e-commerce, platform, cybersecurity and cyber-resilience ;
  • Guide clients through their compliance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations ;
  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (such as licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, service agreements, etc.);
  • Advise on the protection, registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights (particularly within the technology sector);
  • Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings related to TMT, data protection and IP laws;
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address complex legal challenges;
  • After an initial onboarding period, you will assist in guiding and training junior lawyers within the team and more generally, you will be involved in organising work and will contribute to foster knowledge sharing;
  • You will be required to manage your files with increasing autonomy.
