Samson Training is expanding its network of expert trainers! We are currently seeking Leadership Development Trainers with a minimum of 7 years’ experience designing and delivering impactful leadership training programmes across various sectors.
✅ About the Role

As a Leadership Development Trainer, you will deliver dynamic, results-oriented training sessions focused on:

• Leadership mindset and personal effectiveness
• Strategic thinking and decision-making
• Emotional intelligence and communication
• Change management and team development
• Performance management and coaching

Training may be delivered onsite or online, depending on client needs.

✅ Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in leadership development training
• Proven track record of working with mid-level to senior managers
• Experience in designing and customising training materials
• Excellent facilitation and group engagement skills
• Relevant qualifications in HR, Training, Business, or Psychology
• MBTI or similar psychometric tool certification (desirable but not essential)
