Responsibilities

Include:

  • Execute high-volume food prep and service with consistency and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent knife skills and advanced meat and fish cutting knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow instructions with precision
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.)
  • Baking
  • Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Basic knowledge of French cooking techniques a must.
