The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. The Line Cook must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. Line Cook must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all safety procedures. Training will be provided prior to the season opening.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 year experience as a line cook
Available evenings and weekends, some mornings may be required
Experience in casual dining, attention to details & multi-tasking skills.
Reliable transportation, no public transit available
We are located 5 minutes from the Edmonton Army base and /or St-albert (Sir Winston Churchill road)
