Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to help execute our menu with precision and excellence! Join our team for a new restaurant on Park Avenue in Winter Park! Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards of fine dining, following recipes and specifications from the Executive Chef. Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes before they reach guests. Manage a specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, fish, etc.) and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy meal periods. Follow precise instructions and recipes from the executive chef to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift. Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards, including proper food storage and kitchen sanitation. Monitor food inventory, restock supplies as needed, and communicate any shortages to the chef or kitchen manager. Assist with daily prep work and ensure proper setup for service. Contribute to the kitchen's smooth operation by collaborating with other line cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers. Uphold the standards of the restaurant by maintaining a professional attitude, work ethic, and dedication to quality.
