• CULINARY PASSION: genuine enthusiasm for cooking and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow in a culinary career
• EXPERIENCE: previous experience as a line cook, minimum 3-5 years
• TEAM PLAYER: ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• FOOD SAFETY KNOWLEDGE: knowledge and commitment to food safety standards and practices

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a line cook, you are responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to set recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workstation and ensuring all food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• FOOD PREPARATION: prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality and presentation, following our menu and recipes
• STATION MANAGEMENT: set -up and breakdown of workstation, manage workstation during service, ensuring timely and accurate dish preparation
• COLLABORATION: work closely with the chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth operations, communicating effectively to meet service needs
• CLEANLINESS and SANITATION: maintain a clean and organized workstation, strictly following health and sanitation standards
• ADAPTABILITY: flexible and responsive to menu changes, special requests and peak service times
