The Role:
We are seeking a driven, professional, and experienced Lister to join our dynamic team in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in estate agency, who has an in-depth understanding of York and its surrounding areas. You’ll play a key role in growing our market share, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
• Accurately value and appraise high-end residential properties
• Secure quality instructions and build long-term relationships with clients
• Prepare and present market proposals and property marketing strategies
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure properties are marketed effectively
• Liaise with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain and develop an in-depth knowledge of the local property market
• Represent Fine & Country with professionalism at all times
• Meet and exceed personal and office performance targets

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a successful Lister/Valuer within estate agency
• Strong understanding of the York property market and surrounding areas
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to business development
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy diary effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Immediate availability is essential
