In this role, you will operate and maintain bindery equipment, ensuring high-quality output for our printed materials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, trimmers, etc.) * Ensure product quality meets customer and company standards * Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues * Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures * Collaborate with press operators and production staff to meet schedules * Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work area clean and organized ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of experience in litho printing bindery operations (or similar finishing role) * Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities * Ability to read and follow job tickets, work orders, and specifications * Knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team * Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed ---------------------------------------- JOIN THE INOVAR TEAM If you are a skilled Bindery Operator looking for a place where your expertise will be valued and your career can grow, we’d love to hear from you.
