JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems such as alarm systems, fire alarm systems, and other electrical components. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read blueprints and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality installations and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in field service related to low voltage systems.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading and technical documentation interpretation.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm installation practices.
  • Familiarity with system design principles for low voltage applications.
  • Ability to detect issues within electrical systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in building low voltage systems from the ground up is preferred.
  • Understanding of NEC regulations as they pertain to low voltage installations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Certifications (Preferred): BASA, FASA or manufacturer-specific training.
  • Must Pass Drug Test.
