We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential communities safe, functional, and welcoming. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm Location: Palermo Apartments - 7101 Lindsay Ave SE, Auburn WA 98092 What We Require: 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and understand English Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property Ability to maintain a professional appearance Willingness to comply with all safety regulations Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed Ability to lift 50+ lbs What You'll Do: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents Rotate on-call for emergency maintenance Order supplies and keep accurate records Maintain safety and property standards Learn a Little About Us: Tarragon Property Services Tarragon Property Services is a leading company in the property management industry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional services.
