The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, is confident reading blueprints, and is proficient with both power tools and hand tools. Requirements · 5 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred · Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings · Proficiency using power tools (drills, grinders, saws, saws, etc.) and hand tools · Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight takt times and continuous movement · Preferred experience in the manufacturing of automotive and/or industrial products · Solid mechanical aptitude · Strong attention to detail and quality · Team-oriented mindset · Commitment to continuous improvement Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent reaching, bending, and climbing Ability to lift: Up to 20 pounds regularly Between 30 – 40 pounds occasionally
