ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead and organise our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time role requiring a hands-on, highly organised individual who can oversee processes, manage teams, and ensure production runs efficiently and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations
• Organise and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency
• Manage, support, and motivate production staff
• Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are met at all times
• Monitor output and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior management to meet production targets and business objectives
