Enabling more data-driven marketing decisions
In Coloplast – like anywhere else – our marketing efforts are of great importance to succeeding in a competitive market. To ensure relevant interactions with our customers, we need to know which activities resonate best with them. This means answering questions like: Are we pushing the right messages? Do they create interest and response? Do they create positive business outcomes?
As Marketing Insights Manager your responsibility is to increase transparency regarding what works and what doesn’t. It is a very versatile role which spans from exploring the needs of your internal customers to defining new reporting requirements and doing explorative analyses do understand the core of our business to address challenges or seek for new opportunities. Your curiosity is at times setting the limits (example; providing in-depth content insights that can help define the future need for marketing content).
You will also be responsible for feeding the marketing and the commercial organization with performance tracking incl. defining dashboard requirements on new strategic launches and campaigns, and not least take part in performance dialogues and best practice sharing with our sales subsidiaries. Further to this, you are expected to take part in broader marketing-related projects.
Your key responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert and act as a trusted sparring partner for the business area marketing teams and the broader commercial organization.
Professionalize our global campaign and launch tracking setup, incl. supporting the global performance management dialogues towards the sales subsidiaries.
Uncover new marketing insights for more data-driven decision-making.
Create learning loops and best practice sharing to maximize the impact of our insight’s generation.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience, likely within a larger, multinational company
Experience from commercially driven work environment and display of solid analytical and business mindset
Good communication & presentation skills; Writing good storylines, visualizing and presenting results in a compelling way.
Strong analytical toolbox, incl. Excel at advanced level and basic knowledge of Power BI and/or other business intelligence front ends.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) is considered an asset, but not a pre-requisite.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
As a person, you have a strong drive, collaborate, and communicate well, you take responsibility while also being a team player. You are motivated by uncovering new insights to support the business and thrive with projects, where you not only set the direction, but also work in-depth and pay close attention to the detail. You are curious while listening to truly understand the needs of the customers.
