Job description Overview: The Production Associate is responsible for assisting with maintaining production needs in the manufacturing plant. The associate may be assigned to numerous roles in the facility including physical assembly of gearboxes, and picking and pulling material for assembly builders and/or various Quality Inspection duties. The associate must work in team environment and be a self-motivator with high integrity and meet required Quality standards in production. The associate must be diligent with filling out clear and concise information on paperwork and Quality records. The associate may be assigned to cleaning and preparation of units for painting.
