Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our practice is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team located in Woy Woy. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy medical practice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing patient enquiries, appointments and bookings
  • Preparing and organising patient records and files
  • Handling payments, processing claims and maintaining financial records
  • Coordinating the flow of patients and managing the waiting room
  • Providing general administrative support to the practice team
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy of patient information
