JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Musubi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing traditional and innovative musubi dishes, with a strong attention to detail and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. The Chef will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences while managing all aspects of the kitchen operations.

SKILLS

- - Proven experience as a Musubi chef or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Musubi preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. -
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, safety regulations, and inventory management
- Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and menu planning
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus
- Experience in bartending is advantageous but not required
