OVERVIEW
Traditions of America – a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities - seeks seasoned, motivated and talented New Home Sales Consultant with prior new home construction sales experience at our Chesterfield, VA community. As a new home expert, you will be rewarded as you guide home buyers though the exciting journey of building their new construction home from start to finish. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, a “winner’s” attitude, and demonstrate 3-5 years of success selling new construction homes. Must have prior new home construction sales experience.

REQUIREMENTS
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving all community sales goals, including generating traffic, agreement of sales, customer satisfaction and serving as the main point of contact to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first visit to settlement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales Operations and the Partners. The New Home Sales Consultant will work with sales administrators, prepare for weekly sales and community team meetings, customer meetings, and production updates. The New Home Sales Consultant also works with the on-site construction team on the status of homes and delivery schedule.
