JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a baker. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality baked goods and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and customer service. They can work in a team setting with strong comminication skills.
Hours are over night, begining between midnight and 3am.

Experience:

• Baking: 2 years (required

• Shaping breads
• Proofing and Baking a variety of breads and pastries
• Lift 20kgs independantly
• Time management
• Use of 3 deck loader oven
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Package baked goods for sale or delivery, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Work independantly and self directed.
• Mainstain standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.

Assets

• 2 year or more experience
• Food safetly handling certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Drivers Licensce/Trasnportation
• Bilingual (French/English)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
