QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in outside sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Experience in Construction industry is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. This is a field-based role with a strong focus on face-to-face client engagement and relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with clients on-site to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
