Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced P-8 Modification Project Specialist to support the P-8A Site Activation Support Team at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Florida.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in either military or civilian aircraft maintenance and/or production.
• At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation.
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 4 years or more experience supporting a 737 and 4790 maintenance organization.
• Experience working with U. S. Navy Advanced Skills Management (ASM).
• Experience supporting a maintenance organization.

• Develop final scheduled maintenance visit plan and manage a minor plan.
• Identify resources, manage scheduling, validate parts availability and determine impact to the scheduled visit plan.
• Respond to issues regarding quality, perform root cause analysis and resolve or elevate issues.
