Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Paint Associate with retail paint store experience and a passion for DIY. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of paint products, excellent customer service skills, and a decorating background (an asset). You will assist customers in selecting the right products, provide expert advice, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with paint selection, color matching, and product recommendations
• Provide expert advice on painting techniques and DIY projects
• Maintain a clean and organized paint department
• Process sales transactions and manage inventory
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous retail paint store experience required
• Passion for DIY and home decorating
• Decorating background is an asset
• Strong communication skills in English (French not required but an asset)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Store Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
