OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee the parts department within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the availability of parts, and providing exceptional service to both internal teams and customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen understanding of automotive parts, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Kia or Hyundai Parts experience strongly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a parts management role or similar position within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Manage daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
• Train and supervise parts department staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to meet customer demand.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues related to parts orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales transactions, and supplier information.
• Implement best practices for inventory control and loss prevention.
