  • Expertise in baking techniques, dessert development, and cake decoration.
  • Strong eye for detail and artistic presentation.
  • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, team-focused kitchen.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, proofers, and decorating tools.
