Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their pet's grooming needs and preferences Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets throughout each grooming session. Maintain a clean and organized mobile grooming unit Adhere to schedules and be punctual for appointments No Scheduling: We handle all the scheduling, so you can focus on grooming and offering personalized recommendations for each pet’s needs Qualifications: 1+ year of paid professional pet grooming experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Excellent knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed-specific requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and groom pets weighing up to 75 lbs. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay: Averaging $27 - $37+ per hour (commission + tips) $1,200 - $1,400 weekly pay range for full-time employees Biweekly paycheck: Reliable and consistent income Keep 100% of your tips - you earned it!
