About the Role:
We are a fast-paced, friendly, and community-focused pharmacy looking for an experienced OTC Assistant to join our team. You’ll be helping customers choose the right healthcare products, supporting pharmacy services, and keeping our shop running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Advise customers on non-prescription medicines and health products
Serve customers quickly and professionally in a busy environment
Keep shelves stocked, displays tidy, and products clearly priced
Promote services such as flu and covid jabs and health checks
Work closely with the pharmacist and team to provide excellent service
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail healthcare setting (essential)
Medicines Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification or willingness to train
Friendly, confident, and able to work under pressure
Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
