We are a small, tight-knit RMT physiotherapy clinic seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with an existing client base who is ready to branch out into a more personal and supportive setting. We offer highly competitive or arguably better split rewarding your experience in the field.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid physiotherapy license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience in inpatient hospital settings preferred; outpatient clinic experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of physiology and anatomy essential for effective patient assessment and treatment.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation purposes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that address the diverse needs of patients across different age groups.
  • Experience in home health or community-based physiotherapy is desirable.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of physiotherapy.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and needs.
  • Develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans based on assessment findings.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR systems.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
  • Provide care across various settings including pediatrics, geriatrics, outpatient clinics, and home & community care.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in physiotherapy practices.
