JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering and related trades, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plastering.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous.
• Experience in carpentry or roofing will be considered a plus.
• Basic welding skills are desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills. We welcome applications from candidates who are dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety standards on-site.

• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents as necessary.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for mixing, applying, and finishing plaster.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople such as bricklayers, carpenters, and roofers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform repairs on existing plasterwork, including patching holes and cracks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
