What You'll Do: * Diagnose and complete expert repairs on residential and light commercial plumbing systems. * Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping with pride in your work. * Respond to emergencies with a smile, providing transparent recommendations that build lasting trust. * Perform underground plumbing repairs, including trenching and excavation for sewer and water lines. * Maintain high standards of safety and ensure job sites are cleaner than you found them What You Bring: * At least 2 years in the field (drain cleaning, water heaters, toilet repair, etc.). * Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and follow local plumbing codes. * A Journeyman Plumbing License is a plus, but not required! * Experience with digging, trenching, or operating excavation equipment is highly preferred. * A valid driver’s license, a self-starter attitude, and a focus on clean communication Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day. * Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working. * Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds. * Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights. * Must be comfortable performing physical labor, including digging and working in trenches. * Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.
