Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an ExperiencedProcurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Aerospace Composites Center, LLC (ACC) team in Hazelwood, Missouri.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities

Gains knowledge and acquire access of BDS systems and tools necessary to support team responsibilities and actions, including but not limited to supplier needs

Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-pla

  • nDevelops processes and tools to measure key performance indicator
  • sDevelops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goal
  • sReviews customer contracts to identify supplier flow-down requirement
  • sCoordinates with internal stakeholders, including the business unit, program, contracts, legal, and other functions to ensure flow-downs accurately reflect customer requirement
  • sDevelops prime contract internal guidance for Supply Chain Procurement Agent
  • sSupports government and internal audits, process reviews, and procedural updates to ensure compliance with customer requirements and processe
  • sCoordinates with Procurement Agents, management, and Contracts and Risk Management focals to resolve supplier exceptions to customer flowdown
  • sCreates value by supporting the business unit, program and/or functions contracting and risk management effort
  • sSupports interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for supply chain contracts and risk management activities that enable the company to create, protect and recover valu
