Description
As an Experienced Procurement Buyer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving our organization's procurement and purchasing activities. This position plays a critical part in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function. In this role, you will place purchase orders, resolve invoice issues. You will also support operations teams in achieving key performance indicators. Key responsibilities: Places purchase orders to meet internal customer requirements, manages changes to existing PO’s and follows up with supplier for order acknowledgment Invoice resolution for all issues related to procurement invoice holds; works with Account Payables to ensure invoices holds are eliminated Leads constraint reviews with suppliers Works closely with Sourcing to assure a smooth end to end purchasing process. Monitors KPI’s and takes corrective actions Supports project implementation for the area of responsibility Qualifications: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in accounting or supply chain management, paired with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning Proficient in English and Data analytics tools such as (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP is desirable Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and team management abilities, with a proven capacity to navigate dynamic environments and promote change within a global organization We offer: Competitive Salary regularly increased based on your performance.
