At Ramboll’s Software as a Service (SaaS) Unit, we are on a mission to empower organisations to shape better futures through data and insights. We are looking for two experienced Product Designers for 12-month covers to help two of our product teams while we have designers on leave. We are an organisation in growth, so there may be a possibility for a permanent position afterwards. Your role in the product team As our Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in our product team understanding the users' needs, pains and desires in the strive to define, design and refine our digital products. We are well-established in the market and on a continuous growth journey. You have your daily work in the product team collaborating closely with our current Product Designer, the Product Manager and a team of Software Engineers while also engaging with subject matter experts, and the sales and customer success teams. Become part of the Design Guild and Stakeholder Intelligence Tech Besides your product team, you will also be part of our community of design practice, The Design Guild, currently consisting of 7 designers of various skills and experiences. We collaborate and support each other through sparring, design critique, knowledge sharing, and joint efforts such as product discovery practice and design system. As part of our growing Tech organisation (+50 developers and designers), you will be in an agile environment with plenty of opportunity for development and learning. What we are looking for You thrive when balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility with intuitive and appealing interactions. We value designers who are creative and collaborative. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with B2B SaaS products. Is an expert in Figma fast iterating designs and building digital prototypes. Have experience with driving product discovery including user research. Can showcase intuitive visually appealing product designs and a keen eye for details. In 8 months, you will know you are a success if you: Deliver as an integrated part of the product team collaborating with the team on innovative and high-quality solutions Have proven to be fast in understanding complex domains and systems and can utilise it for a holistic view of the product Are a driver in the processes from insights, ideation, prototyping and user testing, to implementation in the product and follow-up with the users Have delivered visual appealing designs and intuitive interactions for the product – reflected in adoption of and satisfaction data from the users What we offer We are looking for 2 cover positions.
