Care Essentials Pharmaust is a Perth-based pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing business operating in a GMP-regulated environment. We manufacture a range of pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related products for Australian customers and are entering an important stage of growth, with a focus on strengthening our manufacturing capability, quality systems, and operational support.

We are seeking experienced production operators to join our manufacturing team and support our growing GMP operations.

The Opportunity

This role is suited to someone with previous experience working in a GMP, pharmaceutical, therapeutic goods, complementary medicines, healthcare, cosmetic, or regulated manufacturing environment.

We are looking for people who can bring practical manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of working in a controlled production environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in manufacturing, filling, packing, labeling, cleaning, line clearance, batch documentation, and equipment operation. You will work closely with the production manager, QA, QC, and warehouse team to ensure products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in accordance with approved procedures.

This is a hands-on production role and would suit someone who is reliable, experienced, quality-focused, and able to contribute quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

- Manufacturing, filling, packing, and labelling products in accordance with approved procedures.

- Operating production equipment and machinery.

- Following batch manufacturing records, packaging records, and SOPs.

- Completing production documentation accurately and in real time.

- Performing cleaning, sanitization, line clearance, and changeover activities.
