Well Bred is looking for an experienced groomer with passion for grooming and love for dogs for our high-end, gentle grooming salon in Livingston NJ.
We offer a job in a clean, beautiful, spacious and well equipped high end salon. We do one-on-one grooming where we focus on quality, and well-being of dogs.
We would like to start it as part time job (2-3 days a week, including Saturdays) and grow it into a full time job (5 days a week) if you would like..
This job is for experienced groomers only with min 4 year work history in professional grooming salons (not corporate salons).
You must be a true dog lover with compassion for dogs to work in our salons.

REQUIREMENTS:

• experience as a groomer (pay is accordingly to your skills, qualifications and length and depth of grooming experience),
• know the grooming techniques and styles, know the major breed standards and ability to groom to the standard
• have compassion for the dogs and love for them (no harsh treatment is accepted in our salon),
• own your own tools,
• be able to stand on your feet for over 8 hours, bend, kneel and lift dogs all sizes
• follow all and legal requirements.
• computer literate.
  We are AKC S.A.F.E Certified salon and will ask you to get certified.
  Well Bred, The Healthy Pet Marketplace has 6 retail stores in NJ focusing on healthy foods and better products for dogs and cats as well as 2 grooming salons (in Livingston and Chester NJ)
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
  Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week
