    Within our N Platform department, you will have a focus on a portfolio of ServiceNow projects. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our ServiceNow implementation projects on behalf of our clients. You may also be involved in pre-sales activities: understanding client needs and estimating timeframes/ effort/ cost associated.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project initiation activities, which include the identification of contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situations, and necessary contacts. Gain access to existing information as needed;
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of project management from initiation through delivery
  • Perform analysis of utilization of resources for projects in execution and measuring for future resource allocation needs;
  • Financial reporting of the project revenue and forecast;
  • Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables;
  • Identify needed resources for projects while defining and assigning major project roles;
  • Ensures project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope;
  • Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved;
  • Identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement. Recommends and implements solutions
  • Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow services to ensure they meet agreed service levels and quality standards.

Self-starter and quick learner with lots of initiative and ability to work independently, you demonstrate :

  • At least 4+ years project management experience, working with cross functional teams, fixed price projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail, and strong customer-facing skills;
  • Proven experience in leading large projects including executive level status updates and cross functional alignment;
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Suite and SharePoint;
  • Ability to analyze problems with a flexible and creative approach, manage complex tasks and adapt to rapidly changing requirements;
  • Fluency in both French AND English
  • Experience managing ServiceNow projects is a plus
  • IT degree, or equivalent;
  • PMP/Prince2/Scrum Certifications preferred.
