JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in building construction project management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and authority
  • procedures.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors for flawless project execution.
  • Develop project scope, budgets, timelines, and work schedules.
  • Liaise effectively with local development authorities in Dubai for permits,
  • approvals, and compliance Municipality, RERA, DDA, Marjan, Trakhees, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
  • Monitor site operations, ensuring work is progressing as per schedule and specifications.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Approve construction plans, materials, and contractor work.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings, is maintained.
  • Experience in handling authority processes in Ras Al Khaimah will be a distinct advantage.
