We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable Property Consultants with a proven track record in property sales, leasing, and investment to join our dynamic team. The role involves networking with potential clients, conducting property viewings and inspections, preparing market analysis, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum1 year of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
• Real estate certification and/or relevant qualifications are preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferable.
