Amazing opportunity to work for Inventory On The House to carry out Inventory reports (check ins & checkouts ). Earn MONEY in your spare time or in between jobs.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Preferred - Have at least ONE years’ experience compiling property inventory reports using Inventory Base App.
· Possess excellent written and spoken English.
· Ability to sometimes work to tight timescales.
· Fully IT literate and access to an iPHONE/iPAD (Not Android)
· A very good eye for detail.
· Punctual and reliable.
· Good time and self-management skills.
· Smartly dressed (no trainers or jeans).
· Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with important clients and partners in a professional and clear manner.
· Means to travel to jobs quickly at your own expense. Most job are close proximity to our local agents.

• Picking and dropping keys to/from agents/concierge
• Carrying out the property inspection (inventory) using your iPHONE using our Inventory Base App.
• Meet and greet with tenants and walk through property.
• Get tenant signatures for key hand over.
• Uploading of reports from your smartphone to our backend servers
  This is an ideal job is you want additional source of income in between your other job you may have. Hours to suit you.

  Pay: £13,997.00-£33,405.00 per year
