We are currently seeking experienced inventory clerks to join our team on a freelance/self-employed basis. At this time, we are not hiring trainees. To be considered, please attach a recent inventory and checkout report that you have personally conducted.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of one year of experience in property inventory reporting using the Inventory Base App.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with IT and a smartphone/tablet.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Effective time management and self-organization skills.
• Ability to travel to job locations across North, West, and Central London.

• Experience with the Inventory Base App.
• At least one year of experience in conducting property inventories.
• Valid public liability and public indemnity insurance.
• A valid DBS certificate.
• Availability for interviews on short notice and weekends.
• Days available during the week for work.
• Ownership of a smartphone or tablet.
• Punctuality and responsiveness on WhatsApp.
• Current residence in London.
• Smartly dressed.

Work Location: On the roa

• Conduct property inspections using the Inventory Base App on your smartphone or tablet.
• Collect and return keys from agents or concierges.
• Perform walk-throughs with tenants and conduct key handovers.
• Upload detailed inspection reports to our server.
