We are looking to add to our ever growing team and the position we are currently accepting applications for is an Experienced Property Maintenance Operative. The key responsibilities for the successful candidate are…
- General domestic repairs
- Managing repairs to completion.
- Working closely with our dispatch coordinator to maintain a level of reliability and reaction for our clientele.
- Assisting with the day to day property maintenance work.
- Recording work & time keeping via our management system
- Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in various aspects of property maintenance.
• Experience using handheld/system based job reporting system and advantage
• Your Own Transport (VAN NOT CAR)
  NOTE: Applicants with Car’s will not be considered for the role as they are required to collect/carry gear.
• Your own tools.
  · Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  · Fluent English is ESSENTIAL & Non Negotiable.
  · Computer literate.
