- General domestic repairs
- Managing repairs to completion.
- Working closely with our dispatch coordinator to maintain a level of reliability and reaction for our clientele.
- Assisting with the day to day property maintenance work.
- Recording work & time keeping via our management system
- Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in various aspects of property maintenance.
• Experience using handheld/system based job reporting system and advantage
• Your Own Transport (VAN NOT CAR)
  NOTE: Applicants with Car’s will not be considered for the role as they are required to collect/carry gear.
• Your own tools.
  · Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  · Fluent English is ESSENTIAL & Non Negotiable.
  · Computer literate.
