About the role We are seeking a motivated and skilled property manager to manage a smaller portfolio of properties in the North West region, while this portfolio continues to be topped up with new business properties from the business development team. This trial position offers a unique chance to demonstrate your expertise and contribute to expanding our business with flexible working arrangements. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the North West. Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. Liaise with renters, contractors, and stakeholders to provide excellent service. Support the business development team by managing newly acquired properties as well as provide leasing support. Assist in identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and improved management efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a Property Manager with a track record of managing property portfolios. Strong knowledge of property management regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the North/West property market is preferred. Great opportunity to manage a growing portfolio and work closely with our business development team.
