WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and care
• Coordinating property inspections, preparing condition reports, and handling rental payments
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, responding quickly and effectively to queries
• Overseeing property maintenance and repairs with trusted trades and contractors
• Marketing and leasing vacant properties, conducting open homes, and securing quality tenants
• Preparing and maintaining accurate tenancy agreements and compliance documentation
• Driving new business opportunities and helping grow our rental portfolio
