Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing landlord & tenant relationships as the first point of contact
• Overseeing your portfolio and guiding support staff
• Entry & exit inspections and reports
• Handling insurance claims, disputes & tribunal matters
• Arrears management & end-of-month processes
• Ensuring efficiency across all property management processes
