Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in property sales and leasing. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, client-focused, and well-versed in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market insight, and the ability to close high-value transactions with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Negotiate offers and finalize deals in accordance with company standards
  • Promote listings through digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Stay informed about local regulations, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in the UAE
  • Valid UAE real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
