Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
  • Advise clients on property selection, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and comparative analysis to support client decisions
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from listing to closing
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to ensure accurate listings and compliance
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and new developments

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate consulting or brokerage
  • In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and transaction procedures
  • Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
