Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Consultant with a strong track record in the UAE property market. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, client-focused, and well-versed in the nuances of Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape. This role requires a high level of professionalism, market insight, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing
• Conduct property viewings and provide strategic guidance on market conditions and investment opportunities
• Negotiate offers and manage the full transaction process from lead generation to closing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations, pricing trends, and developer offerings
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and property owners
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote listings and generate qualified leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing within the UAE
• Valid UAE real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent)
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, including off-plan and luxury segments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or other languages is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
