POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking an HR Executive with strong experience in real estate or a related field to manage and support a range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and office culture. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience real estate industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll tools)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate positions (sales, property management, admin, etc.)
  • Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into company culture
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records
  • Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement plans when needed
  • Assist with drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Organize training, development, and team-building activities
