REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a videographer and video editor, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, tripods, stabilizers, and other relevant equipment.
- Strong expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve 19.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your prior real estate videography and editing work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for real estate, architecture, and design is a valuable asset.
