POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to work 34-38 hours per week, including Saturdays. In this role, you will:
Manage Patient Flow: Ensure smooth operations at the reception, coordinating effectively with doctors and chairside nurses to provide an outstanding patient experience.
Oversee Scheduling: Handle doctors’ appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
Treatment Co-ordination: Do phone consults with patients to go through pre-prescribed treatment plans and facilitate a convenient booking workflow. Do quoting and rebate checks with insurers.
Engage with Patients: Demonstrate a genuine interest in patient care, educating them about dental health and our services.
Assist Clinically: Occasionally support chairside procedures, only during short staffing days.
